The British Aerobatics Open Championship is the biggest competition aerobatics event of the year.  Top British pilots will compete against the best from around the world for the title of British Open Champion.  The British National Champions will also be crowned in both the Advanced and Unlimited categories. 

 On Sunday there will be a Freestyle Championship, open to a select number of the very best display pilots.  This 1-day competition, with music and ‘smoke on’, will have some of the most complex and spectacular flying you will see anywhere in the UK – we’re calling it ‘Freestyle Sunday’.

Competitors will include Melanie Astles, who placed 5^th at the recent World Advanced Aerobatic Championships and was British Unlimited Champion in 2019. Mel is also the only female Red Bull Air Race pilot.

Spectators are welcome as per the usual airfield rules.
