Museum Chairman Richard Watts Passes Away

14th November 2011

The Museum is sad to report that our Chairman of over 12 years, Richard Watts, has sadly passed away after a short illness.

Richard Watts

Richard had been the Museum's Chairman since we started and his contribution was immense. He also co-ordinated the memorial to the Mears Ashby B-17 crashes which is on display in the village centre.

We are hugely saddened by the loss of our friend and send our sincere condolences to Tessa, Paul, Minty and family and friends.

Blue skies Rich.
